Welcome to the 2024 OSA Information Hub for Principals, ADs, and Student-Athletes
Congratulations on your nomination as one of this year’s OSA recipients. The next two months leading up to, and the awards banquet represent one of our favorite times of the year! During this time, we look forward to getting to know you and learning why you are so deserving of this honor. Then on May 5, 2025, it will be our privilege to recognize you for all your academic and athletic accomplishments.

3. Headshot/Senior Portrait - submitted through Typeform.
4. Action shot (playing your sport of choice) - submitted through Typeform.
5. Scholarship Application - Submitted through Typeform.
6. Coaches Letter - Submitted Through Typeform.
The online form will not be able to be submitted without all components. Please follow all due dates described above.
